• I'm so sick of chefs taking all the credit for good press and blaming their staff when something goes wrong.
  
  A restaurant where a friend of mine is the sous chef recently received a horrible review on Yelp. Apparently, the manager and the exec chef blamed the diner's poor experience on the exec chef being "away for vacation" (he's really just never around), and that got published too. This isn't the first time he's done this, and it seriously undermines all the hours and hard work my friend puts in to keep that kitchen under control when the chef is away gallavanting about.
  
  Remember the folks who helped put you on the map. Don't kick them when they're down. Especially not on Yelp, ya cheap bastard.
